Importing Data Using the Migrator
Whether updating a few tables or upgrading an entire solution, data migration is often a painfuly slow and laborious process. Wouldn't it be great if this dreaded task was simple and — dare to dream — extremely fast? Imagine being able to migrate thousands of records across multiple tables in mere seconds, or transfer a million records in under an hour; no babysitting required. Heather McCue, Lead Developer for Platinum FBA member, Harmonic Data Associates, will provide an in-depth review of the "Migrator". Originally developed to reduce the hassle factor associated with a recurring need to migrate data during iterative development, the Migrator has consistently proven itself a highly efficient and flexible tool.
