Prior to joining Harmonic as Senior Developer in 2005, Heather owned OshVay Associates, a North Carolina development firm founded in 1999. With over 20 years of FileMaker experience, she has been an active member of the FileMaker community since 1995, a featured speaker at user group meetings in Chicago (CAFDA) and Dallas (FMPug), a DevCon speaker, and author of the HIPAA/Part 11 white paper, "FileMaker--A Tool of Compliance".
